If you don't know me, hello!

I take pride in the work I do, though it's not always great.
Sometimes, just getting the work out the door is as good as you can do, and that is okay.

And I try not to get caught up in making things perfect.
I aim for better than yesterday (even though I struggle at this).

Working hard at work is good, but I want to work harder to make my community a better place.
Taking some time to appreciate the people who make up my community is important to me.

Never underestimate the power of a thank-you note.
You don't need to say much; just put words of kindness on the paper and a stamp on the envelope.

So forget learning more about me.
Go out into the world and do well.

But more importantly,
do good.

Every day brings another layer to peel back from the Onion of Discovery, trying to figure out who I've been and who I think I am today.

As with many onions, there are sometimes tears involved; but they're usually worth it once you've got food in your belly.
